Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping policies and FAQ’s

Shipping: If you wish to purchase but don’t see relevant shipping details for your country please contact me for further information and a quote.

For paintings over a certain size and /or weight a courier cost can be supplied upon request.

I do not offer free shipping but do offer combined shipping. 

Cost: Every effort has been  made to set delivery to you at a reasonable cost. Prices have been set carefully with reference to ever-changing postal rates. If shipping several items and combined shipping works out substantially more than the actual cost I will  happily reimburse the difference or upgrade the service. 

Delivery time: All letter and small parcel post is dispatched within 1-2 business days (often faster) or  2-5 days for paintings. 

  • All paintings are sent fully tracked and insured, usually via Royal Mail for smaller pieces  or by courier for larger/heaver artwork.  Tracking details will be confirmed via email.
  • Mugs are sent as standard post UK but always tracked and signed for international post to ensure costs for any breakages are covered.
  • Cards, prints and cushion covers are sent as standard UK and International post as the most cost effective option.
  • If you are local to Ipswich, Suffolk, UK, feel free to contact me for  payment and collection in person. Local delivery may be possible.

Packaging: Recycled packaging is occasionally used for parcel post to reduce impact on the environment and keep shipping costs reasonable for you. Sustainable products are where feasible and cost effective.  

Refunds and Returns: The refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Refunds are only offered where items are faulty or damaged, and a replacement is not viable. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If your item is slow to arrive or appears to be lost in transit please do get in touch. Depending on the delivery company’s delivery and compensation policies, there may be a period of waiting before the delivery company can confirm it is definitely lost and compensation is due.

Delivery – other factors: Shipping delays due to circumstances such as Covid, Royal Mail strikes, and severe weather events are beyond the control of this business.  Christmas post is invariably subject to some delays so please bear this in mind and place your order well within final posting dates.
