White exhibition budgie oil painting. This is a very handsome floofy fellow, bred for show. I find the challenge of painting white birds is something I keep coming back to, and I also enjoy paintings with depth: shadows created by a darker background really helped to create a realistic roundness to this budgie.
The deep box canvas measures 24 x 30 cm x 3.5 cm and is supplied ready to hang with cord attached. The sides are painted purple to match the background.
